At Let's Decorate, we strive for 100% complete customer satisfaction.  Our policies are designed to make your shopping experience safe and enjoyable.  Please take a moment to read  the information outlined below.  Any questions or special needs may be addressed by contacting us directly by email or (866) 530-7738.


PRIVACY

Let's Decorate is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Information we collect is used solely to process orders and enhance your personal shopping experience.  No information will ever be sold, traded or given to third parties.

SECURITY

Protecting your personal information is our priority. We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the confidentiality of your online order. 

SSL encrypts your order information so that no one except Let's Decorate can decode it. To check the security of your connection, during the checkout phase, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. You can  double-check this by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https." 

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In this case, you would be unable to connect to the server, and would not be permitted  to mistakenly place an order through an unsecured connection.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship all items via FedEx.  Our shipping rates are real-time rates from FedEx and are calculated by the weight, dimensions of the items in your order, and your shipping zone. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

. **Free FedEx ground shipping to only one shipping address in the continental US. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged regular FedEx prices

At this time we are only able to ship to the USA. Normally, orders ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Due to federal regulations, the Sophia fragrances can only be shipped via ground transportation.

Redolere lamps and Sophia Fragrance can only be shipped via ground shipping. If you select FedEx Express, 2nd Day, or Overnight, any order containing these two products will have the entire order downgraded to FedEx Ground. Any difference in shipping cost will be refunded.

FedEx Espress, 2nd Day and Overnight are only guaranteed from the date shipped, not the date ordered. Selecting a shipping method other than FedEx Home or FedEx Ground will not necessarily speed up order processing.

If your package is returned to us due to an error on your part, we will be glad to re-ship your package.  A return shipping fee will be applied to your credit card in the amount of actual shipping rates. 

RETURN POLICY

Need to return an item? No problem. As long as the product is unused, we will exchange it or issue store credit within the first 14 days. If your items need returning due to shipping damage, please contact us first!! We will file a claim with FedEx and handle the situation promptly.

If you are returning the product because of other reasons, you will receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.  Just replace the item in its original packaging with the packing slip included, and follow these simple steps: 

  1. Contact Let's Decorate via email for an RMA. 

  2. Send the package via Insured FedEx.  This protects you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit.  If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, Let's Decorate will refund shipping costs.  Shipping costs will not be refunded for other returns.
